At this vacation villa you can snorkel just out front on famous Smith's Reef, which offers some of the best snorkeling in the Turks and Caicos Islands. You can also spend your holiday walking for miles and miles on the beautiful sugar-white sandy beach.

The comfortable living room of this vacation villa has a large flat screen TV, limestone floors, a circular beamed ceiling, and breathtaking Caribbean views.
The house has a spacious gourmet kitchen, which features stainless appliances, granite counters, a wine refrigerator, and limestone floor. A joy to cook in and perhaps try your hand at some Caribbean cuisine while on holiday!
Each of the four bedrooms at Beach Villa Avalon has its own private outside entrance. Three bedrooms have king bed and one bedroom has two queen beds, all providing good privacy for your vacation.
The bathrooms of this holiday villa are all quite large, modern, and well designed. The bath pictured above also has a large separate shower stall. You can take a relaxing bath while on holiday without losing site of the ocean!

Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 8 separate air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.
Beach Villa Avalon gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
