Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open, thus maintaining the low weekly rental rate. Conch Pearl gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to use very much or even need air conditioning. AC usage is charged back to guests at cost.
