Reef Pearl is located on the beach on a dead-end peninsula at the far western end of Grace Bay Beach, away from the hotels and condos, yet walking distance to 5 different restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina offering all water activities including deep sea fishing, shallow reef fishing, sailboat and power boat charters, glass bottom boat tours, parasailing, a reef submarine, SCUBA etc. etc.
The beach at Reef Pearl, as well as Conch Pearl next door, is "travel poster" perfect!
Reef Pearl Villa has its own private tennis courts (possibly shared on occasion only with Conch Pearl next door). These tennis courts also have the added feature of a basketball goal for your additional enjoyment.

Reef Pearl vacation rental villa has 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms have a king bed, two twins that can be converted to a king, and one queen. If your group exceeds 6 people, optional sleeper sofas are available at an additional charge.
In addition to the main living area, on the ground floor, there is a secondary living area, another full kitchen, and dining area, for added privacy if so desired.

Formally the garage - now a nice game room that opens to the outside so you may further enjoy the great Turks and Caicos weather while you shoot a friendly game of pool.

Reef Pearl sits on prime beachfront property with delightful, private, manicured gardens to walk through when you go to the beach.
Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open, thus maintaining the low weekly rental rate. Reef Pearl gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to use very much or even need air conditioning. AC usage is charged back to guests at cost.
