Located at the tip of the quiet, western, residential end of magnificent Grace Bay Beach, this beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation villa rental offers comfortable accomodation and fantastic snorkeling right outside your door.
This holiday villa is built almost at the waters edge and fronting twelve miles of magnificent, white, sandy beach.
Although you couldn't be closer to the beach and ocean, this Caribbean vacation rental has an imaginative pool and spacious decks for your enjoyment and relaxation while on vacation.
Enjoy spectacular views and colorful Caribbean sunsets right from the private deck or from the pool of this holiday villa.
Turtle Beach Villa has beautifully landscaped gardens filled with colorful tropical plants and palm trees.
We could have built a path from this vacation villa rental to the beach, but we thought nature had already done a pretty good job.
It's entirely up to you whether you dine on the deck outside or in the spacious dining room inside at this holiday villa in the Caribbean.
Even in the dining room of this Caribbean holiday villa you can enjoy the fresh air through the large patio doors, which open fully. However, once you pull away from this idyllic setting, you will find six restaurants all within easy walking distance, as well as various marina activities offering fishing, diving, tours and limited shopping.
Turtle Beach Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen. A gas-fired Barbecue grill is also on the deck for your enjoyment.
Although most people spend the majority of their time outside, this vacation villa does have a spacious living room and provides you with a high speed internet connection at no charge, as well as 33 channel cable TV, a DVD and VCR.
The comfortable, upper level master bedroom of this holiday villa has a spectacular view of the pool and Grace Bay, Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands.
Each of Turtle Beach Villa's five bedrooms has 33 channel cable TV, as well as a private outside entrance for added privacy. Note: This could be a drawback if there are young children in your party since the bedrooms do not open onto the interior of the villa. The four beach level bedrooms have a lesser garden view. Of course, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Each of the bathrooms in this beautiful holiday villa has a hair dryer and each bedroom has optional air conditioning, which is metered via an easy to read digital meter.
The combination of five king bedrooms at the Turtle Beach Villa vacation rental should provide sufficient space and flexibility for any vacation party.
Just outside your door at this Caribbean holiday villa is famous Smith's Reef, a colorful tropical reef teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can simply wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Note: with the coral reef so close to the shore, a rocky strip exists between the sandy beach and the water in this immediate area, but there are several nearby easy access points into the water.

Note: The air conditioning at this vacation villa rental is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish.
This Turks and Caicos vacation rental villa gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
