This holiday rental villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main part of the house and an additional, optional suite at ground level with two bedrooms and one bathroom. If you only need three bedrooms, you only need to pay for three, and the separate suite would be locked off and not rented to anyone else.
At Villa Wauwinet Too you can sit by the pool in total privacy and enjoy sun or shade with gentle trade winds ever present, and hear the Caribbean waves lapping the shore.
Because of its unique location at the very tip of Ocean Point this vacation villa enjoys spectacular views of the turquoise Caribbean sea on three sides!
This vacation villa rental provides direct access to the tempting, turquoise Caribbean sea via the wooden decks and steps. You also have lovely Taylor Bay Beach, Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands, just four minutes walk away.
Inside Villa Wauwinet Too you will find all walls to be tongue and groove pickled cypress, high beamed ceilings, Italian tile floors, 33 channel cable TV, stereo, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and much more.
As is quite typical for the Caribbean and particularly the British West Indies the comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen are combined into one large, open living area.
All bedrooms in the main part of the house have their own private bathrooms. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and two bedrooms with twin beds.

The separate suite of this vacation villa rental also has a comfortable but smaller living area with TV.

The Ocean Point Villas vacation rentals occupy a unique and secluded location on Providenciales (Provo) in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter so you may monitor AC usage if you wish.
This Caribbean holiday rental gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
